Sounds like a hand I played against KC last week at the Rio, he got there but it wasn't as good as me (good story coming soon). I also saw a Badugi hand where the guy called 3-cold then tossed all 4 cards. Of course he got there, he turned to Raymer and said he just needs to be in the action. I think I might know who this is. I was playing like 3 or 4 handed in a 5-10 game once with a guy I know was a regular in at least 10-20 or higher and he went on tilt and drawing 4-5 "because it works for everyone else". Naturally it worked for him too, but the game was great for a while.

It could be anybody, I've seen countless players pull a stunt like this before. Triple Draw does something weird to people, perhaps thats why the standard buyin is 50 bets rather than 25.
