Default 33s - Help me hang a donk.

After starting to read NLHE Theory and Practice, I have started thinking alot more about the process of getting my opponents chips in the pot. How would you proceed here?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t40 (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP1 (t2000)
MP2 (t2000)
MP3 (t2000)
CO (t2000)
Button (t2000)
SB (t2000)
Hero (t2000)
UTG (t2000)
UTG+1 (t2000)
UTG+2 (t2000)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
3 folds, MP1 calls t40, 1 fold, MP3 calls t40, 1 fold, Button calls t40, 1 fold, Hero checks.

Flop: (t180) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero checks, MP1 checks, MP3 bets t161, Button folds, Hero calls t161, MP1 folds.

What would you do different on the flop?
Given my flop play, how do you proceed?

Turn: (t502) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets t300, MP3 calls t300.

1. how do you know he's a donk. looks like it's the first hand of the tourny.

2. I probably lead this flop.

3. what's the turn. hard to know how to precede without knowing this.

1. I didn't at that point so I guess I shouldn't say so at this point.

2. How much?

3. Sorry, edited.

i'd lead around 125 and like 150 if the board was 2 tone.

as played i would probably check call turn although it's hard to tell if he's gonna bet again. his big flop bet makes me think he's more likely to. a lead is fine though if you think he's likely to check behind.

def lead river though, you'll get a lot of hero calls with weak q's, 99-jj, or an 8, which all are likely to check behind.

Lead the flop. Check/call any turn. Play river like a pimp!
