Default E-Savings Transfer Question

This is for those of you who have an esavings account (Citibank, etc.). I am thinking of opening one but want to be able to make a withdrawal of any amount that I have in the account. From looking at Citibank, it looks like you are limited to a max of 2k per day and 5k monthly transfer. Am I missing something here (like a different way to take the money out), or does anyone use a different site where this wouldn't be an issue? Thanks.
