Default Top 2 ugly board vs shorty

Note: I usually raise KQo pf, but I had been raising a lot of hands lately and I didn't want to play this hand OOP vs 3-4 opponents

Better ways to play this flop/turn? Villain has about 3.75 left on the turn after his raise. I figured if I lead the turn, if he's got anything decent all his money's going to get in regardless. Thoughts?

I would have just set him all in on the turn.
