Default Good Bluff?

Villain is pretty TAGish. Haven't seen anything else of substance. What do you think?

Hero ($210.95)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $8</font>, Button calls $8, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $6.

I'd wait until turn. 77-JJ type hands still call here too much.

Don't you think that a guy who looks like a TAG has to know that I am taking a line of incredible strength? Also, I agree with your thinking about JJ and TT but I think that a good TAG (I know this is presumptuous at 200NL) will fold anything up to 99 to my flop 3-bet

If you wait until turn, c/r commits you for stack. rr flop is place to do it if you think he's pushing you around.

If he's really a good TAG, then he shouldn't be retarted min-raising here...I dont think it's a bad bluff, I just think you need to make sure you are doing this against a TAG, and not aaginst some random bad player who will call you down with a pair of fours

If you think he's likely to cr with air here than it's fine. You're only folding air, though.

Care to elaborate?

As for the only folding air I don't think that is true at all. Would people call with 66-TT here?
