Default Online calendar/schedule help please

Here's the situation. I'm work in a 7 person group and we are all in different places everyday. The monthly schedule gets emailed around as an excel spreadsheet. Then changes get made and a revised version gets sent. Repeat a few times and the mass confusion ensues.

A simple google/yahoo calendar isn't really capable (as far as I know) of simply displaying the info we need.

Is there a simple online storage solution for an excel spreadsheet, so we could log in, update as needed and the final "master" schedule would always be available to each of us?

Any other suggestions?

Here's a sample of what we are dealing with:

Why not just use Outlook's shared calendar?

In what way is Google not capable of working for you? How about Outlook?

You don't really say what you need but they're both very good calendar apps.

A google spreadsheet would be perfect, I'll recommend that to the group.

The problem with Outlook is that we are not on the same shared network at home and work, and computer proficiency in the group is low.

The spreadsheet format works better than a free-text calendar - see the screenshot.

Thanks for the advice so far!
