Default NL50 Gutshot straight flush draw

Can you comment on my call-stationing this hand with a gutshot straight flush draw. I think my post-flop call of $3 (3 to $10.50) was correct but what about the turn? Should I have raised the flop?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (7 handed) internettexasholdem.com

UTG ($50.10)
MP1 ($16.70)
MP2 ($52.55)
Hero ($77.15)
Button ($49)
SB ($9.25)
BB ($50)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, Hero calls $0.50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB (poster) completes, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $1.5</font>, Hero calls $1.50, SB folds.

Flop: ($4.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $3</font>, Hero calls $3.

Turn: ($10.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $7</font>, Hero calls $7.

River: ($24.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: $24.50

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
BB has Jc Jd (two pair, jacks and fives).
Hero has 6h 7h (one pair, fives).
Outcome: BB wins $24.50. </font>

1) Raise pre-flop, I'm of the belief that it is NEVER right to open-limp in a 6-max game.

2) Given that you only limp/called pre-flop, raise the flop. This is one that villai easily could have missed, and hopefully, he'll give you a free card on the turn.

3) Given how passively you played pre-flop and on the flop, turn and river are fine.

Thanks for your comments PO. This is 10-max, not 6. I feel if I would have raised preflop, villian(VP$IP: 15, Aggr:4.5) would have reraised me.

Now that I look back I should have raised post-flop and I may not have faced a turn bet.
