If someone bankrolls me, What % of my winnings should they get from my cash game and how should i calculate what % if they bankroll me for a tourney?

50/50 for a tourney.

Initial bankroll plus 25-100% of initial bankroll depending on how good they percieve you to be (risk/reward).

All depends on the arrangement, how well you know them etc. I met a friend of a friend who offered to bankroll my online play in various games/tourneys for 50%net. This is pretty standard I think, and I was perfectly happy with it. He trusted me to diversify as I saw fit and move around events/stakes.
