Villian seemed pretty fishy he was open limping alot and over limp called $50 preflop before. I min raised for free showdown.

I would usually just call here and call a reasonable river bet from him. If he picked up a flush draw he is calling and he has you with a J that he was gonna check/call or check/raise.

I like just a call.

this is a really good spot for a min-raise. against bad players who will just call the min-raise with any flush draw/J/set and check to you on the river I do stuff like this a lot. against a good player i just call or raise as a semi-bluff maybe.

That's fine. Only thing is though that this sets you up for a bigger blocking bet on the river if he decides to throw one at you.

I make it 90 here. Give him incorrect odds to hit whatever draw he picked up. You're not worried about making his worse nine or lower pair fold, as you werent making money off that on river anyway.

Even donk i think fires more with set/jack on this turn after checked through flop. Looks like a draw which mini raise give him 6 to 1 for his 4 to 1 shot.

I actually thought this was a joke at first. What exactly are you trying to accomplish with this minraise?

Situation 1: He has AIR - he folds (best case scenario not very likely)

Situation 2: He has slowplayed JJ or a set in which case he might donk it off again and call or reraise (again very unlikely)

Situation 3: He has some marginal draw, in which case he will call and you will not know where you stand.

With the BB folding you're basicly HU, if you are going to raise him here raise him to 90~100 or call. The minraise is just giving him close to perfect odds to call with practicly anything.
