Default Wierd Spot Preflop/Flop with QQ

Streety by street commentary Pokey-style

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($63)
UTG ($60.20)
UTG+1 ($255.72)
MP1 ($48.25)
MP2 ($75.55)
MP3 ($62.26)
CO ($55.70)
Button ($21.50)
SB ($48.15)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises to $2</font>, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB (poster) raises to $14.25</font>, Hero calls $14, UTG+1 calls $12.50.

<font color="blue"> UTG+1 has been raising very loosely, and calling normal-sized 3bets when he's in position. SB is an unknown to me at this point. This huge preflop reraise leaves me in sketchy spot. Should I shove over this? Should I call? Should I FOLD? (omg nit)</font>

Flop: ($43.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB calls $33.65 (All-In), Hero...?
<font color="blue">
What a lovely flop for us to basically play another street of preflop action! UTG+1's call of the reraise preflop worries me, and the SB's shove into two callers seems very strong. Do I really want to call here? If I am going to fold this, should I fold preflop? (there was a big HSNL thread about this recently) Should I just close my eyes and call?</font>

The more I look at this hand, the more I feel like either folding or jamming preflop is probably the answer, but I probably [censored] this hand up royally. Thoughts? <font color="blue"> </font>

Preflop, jam or fold. There is no alternative in my mind. I actually probably fold this flop with no reads, esp. with UTG+1 yet to act.
