Default AQs Absolute .50/1 weird opponent

This opponent had been playing good hands and showing down winners, but he was a bit of a calling station and he was minraising and min betting all over the place. My thinking was that there was no way I was laying this hand down to a $1.00 bet on the flop and $3.00 on the turn, but I have to be beat on the river, right? What's my line? In retrospect, I think reraising the flop would have helped, but against a calling station, he would have likely just called, even with the King. The 1.00 bet was standard for him. Hell, I don't know. Players like this screw me up.

I did. Against an opponent like this, should I have tried a reraise on the flop? Normally if someone is min betting and I don't think they are trapping, I will, but this guy was minraising and minbetting no matter how good his hand was, and I feel like if I had bet out, he would have just called it down.

I always raise the flop here. The min bet is either weakness or a monster.
