Default Cardplayer Site Down?

I can't get to anything on Cardplayer this morning. Is anyone else having the same problem or is it just me?

Maybe some of the other poker news outlets shut out of the updates paid some hackers to bring down the site.

Pokerwire has been terrible during the WSOP. They show the exact same thing as Cardplayer, but a few minutes later. As far as I know, it is just someone sitting at home copying the Cardplayer website.

I'm pretty sure that the Pokerwire people are actually on site and working with them.. The problem is that since Card Player has the rights, they can't be first with the updates.

Cardplayer has exclusive rights to report from the table, other sites have to do so from the rails. Its Harrah's fault that coverage sucks.

How long until the revolt starts?

Cardplayer, Full Tilt, Harrah's destroying what was once a revered event.

Oh if only, Commerce had purchased the rights.

Bad move, Commerce. Bad for all of us.

At the time I replied to the OP, the pokerwire site was up and the CP site was down. So if he wanted to know what happened last night, that was a site to look at.

I agree that the coverage this year is complete garbage - what exactly did CP get for being the exclusive provider? - this year's coverage is about as good as their new web site, imo.
