I just withdrew some money from PokerStars to neteller, and I could see that it disappeared from the cashier. Then I recieved this email:
[ QUOTE ] Cashout request time: 2006/01/19 11:51:48 Cashout amount: $0.00 Your PokerStars Account Information: Name: **** ***** Email: ****@*****.*** User ID: ****** If you have any further questions regarding this transaction, please contact cashier@PokerStars.com [/ QUOTE ] This made me worry since the amount was definitely bigger than 0. The transaction is not listed in the history either. I'm sure the support will correct it, but it's still a bit worrisome. Has it happened to anyone else here? /gasoltub |

have you checked neteller yet?
it appears instantly when you withdraw from stars so if it's not in there, you might have a problem and need to contact support. |

Its only instant upto your deposit amount after that it takes 24-48 hours.
I would email pokerstars right away just to be on the safe side. |

[/ QUOTE ] Yes, I checked neteller immediately since the withdrawal was the same amount as my latest deposit, so as you say it should have arrived instantly. But alas, no money in neteller. I have emailed support of course, but while I wait for their reply I'm hoping for someone here to tell me it happened to them and that it was solved quickly. |

[/ QUOTE ] The withdrawal was the same size as my last deposit. But I have been in contact with support now and they told me the reason was that neteller went down at the same time. I should have the money within 24 hours. |
