Too passive with AJ? 100NL 6max

Villain was somewhat loose, I had seen him calling with weird hands on a few earlier pots, calling 25 dollar bets preflop with QJo etc. The pot started to grow on this hand so I wasn't too comfortable with my AJ here. Based on the earlier hands the villain could have about anything here, maybe a flushdraw or floating with any pair etc so I wanted to get a showdown if the villain doesn't go crazy on the river. Likey?
