Do you like Strawberry Flavored Foods/Drinks/Slushies/Etc??

So I went out with a girl tonight and I asked her if she wanted to get some dessert after dinner. I asked her if she liked strawberry sorbet and she said no - she doesn't like frozen strawberry based stuff or anything made with artificial strawberry flavoring. No slushies, no slurpies, no pop tarts, nothing. She does drink strawberry smoothies and fresh strawberries, but that is about it.

How weird is this? I didn't think there is a person alive who doesn't like slurpees or slushies or sorbet???? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] Any other communists out there?

Comrade SackUp,

I intensely dislike artificial strawberry flavoring in slurpees, etc (disclaimer: I don't eat sugar anymore, so I'm basing this opinion on my memories of many years ago). Now, pop tarts, sorbet, etc, are more "real" and I don't have anything against those. But strawberry candy, etc, sucks.

i think that is understood. the point is - is this normal? I don't know anyone else who doesn't like strawberry flavoring whether it be natural or artificial.

The second poll is MUCH worse than the first one. Although the first one did try much, much too hard to be funny. However, its spectacular failure made it funny in a different way, so it's not bad at all. The second poll had no redeeming qualities, however.
