Default First Hand AA multiple ALL -IN

Last night i played pokerstars 10+1 10 minute level freeze out tourney.
First hand I am in BB with AA. The person in the middle position went all in.The cut off called and small blind called.
I thought for some time before my decision?
I am interested in what successful MTT people does ?
Do you consider weak field and let it goand use your skill in later stages?
Do you consider buy in is small and gamble it ?
