I wouldn't.

At best you break even if you go allin here.

Sets can redraw against you if you hit a flush on the turn making this play -EV.

I know they can redraw, the board could also pair on the turn. However, knowing i can basically get 3:1 on my money, do my odds dictate a call? I suck at math like this.

If you know you can get 3:1, you should call. If someone has a set against you, your flush equity goes from 35% to 25%, and that cannot always be assumed. So at worst, getting 3-1, you're getting even money.

Text results appended to pokerstove.txt

903 games 0.015 secs 60,200 games/sec

Board: 7h 6d Td
Dead:

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 26.6150 % 26.47% 00.15% { AdKd }
Hand 2: 35.6958 % 35.55% 00.15% { 6h6s }
Hand 3: 37.6892 % 37.54% 00.15% { 9h8c }

Since there is no guarantee that you can get this all-in on the flop I think this is a muck.
