As a bit of guidance, if the topping you select is generally available on grocery store frozen pizzas like Totino's, Red Baron, etc. then it falls into the "standard" category.

Every place where I order pizza chicken counts as two toppings. Should this be factored into consideration?

My answer is bacon, regardless.

I manage a pizza resturant, so I seldom eat pizza anymore. My "other" choices are based on the fact that people don't order them much from my store. Not sure if they're standard to any of you guys.
