Neteller in MD

Anyone know whether the state of maryland changed it's policy towards Neteller? As of a year or so ago (when I last checked) they were one of the (if not only) states that did not recognize Neteller as a bank and therefore residents of MD could not use their services. In the event they haven't, any residents of MD have a good alternative they could recommend?

No neteller in MD. Use firepay.
