What\'s Your Favorite Poker Book?
I fell in love with Little Green Book even though 2+2 has been invaluable to my game.

Favorite? Poker Wisdom of a Champion. But that book won't make you money.

SSHE I think. Tho I think SSHE/HEFAP/TOP are a trinity, so I like 'them' most.

[ QUOTE ]
Favorite? Poker Wisdom of a Champion. But that book won't make you money. [/ QUOTE ] I hated this book. I thought it was very slight, and seemed like a cash in on Doyle's rep. I actually much preferred Amarillo Slim's biog to Doyle's. Perhaps I should take another look at it. My own all-time favourite is either Anthony Holden's 'Big Deal' or Alvarez's 'Biggest game in town'. These were the books that got me interested in poker. |
