Default What\'s Your Favorite Poker Book?

I fell in love with Little Green Book even though 2+2 has been invaluable to my game.

Favorite? Poker Wisdom of a Champion. But that book won't make you money.

Harrington on hold'em vol 1 (but Phil Helmuths 'Texas Hold'em' has a special place in my heart believe it or not)

SSHE I think. Tho I think SSHE/HEFAP/TOP are a trinity, so I like 'them' most.

Trilogy. Unless you like them way more then the rest of us.

After all, we revere Sklansky, but we don't venerate him.

It isn't like he's Ayn Rand, after all.

I used "trinity" as a deliberate exageration

I hated this book. I thought it was very slight, and seemed like a cash in on Doyle's rep. I actually much preferred Amarillo Slim's biog to Doyle's. Perhaps I should take another look at it.

My own all-time favourite is either Anthony Holden's 'Big Deal' or Alvarez's 'Biggest game in town'. These were the books that got me interested in poker.
