Jean robert bellande from taiwan?
in the ESPN interview segment during the USPC he said that he grew up in taiwan. I'm taiwanese and i just found that kind of interesting/odd. anyone know what his story is?

He was born in NYC to Creole parents in 1971 but grew up in Taiwan. He moved to the LA area when he was 17.
