Not sure whether I should be pushing or calling and pushing any non ace flop, given that I don't have any reads on the villian.

you gotta let this one go. i doubt he'd be making a play with a hand that you really want to be up against. just fold it.

this is a tough spot.
If I am the button, you aren't going to want any part of what I'm holding.
OTOH, I have seen people make this move with 88 at the 33s, so its a tough one without any kind of a read.

I would push. To one reraise, it is not that big a deal. He could be reraising with AK, AQ, JJ, TT or even more to test the waters. Remember, only 2 hands in the game are ahead of you. If I have QQ, the only time I am laying it down is if someone reraises the reraiser.

This seems like a super easy push to me. But I play lower than $33's. From what I've been reading about the games, it still seems like an easy push though. You're only worried about 2 hands, and there's a lot of dead money to go after. Surely the re-raise range of a typical $33'er would be such that pushing QQ is profitable, right?

This seems bad. Your calling will make it more likely that everyone yet to act will call. QQ doesn't want lots of company. Plus you give button a free shot at hitting an overcard.
