Has anyone had any success in getting in touch with him in, like, the last 30 days?

He's not returning emails or PMs (apparently I'm not the only one who's noticed this) and the latest HG has some big-time bugs in it (I've also been trying to purchase a 2nd license, or get approval to use my desktop one for my laptop), but can't because he's been MIA...

anyone...?

I'm having this same problem. Has anyone had any luck getting in contact with handgrabber support?

I received an email from him two days ago, and got a new code for Handgrabber.

He had been bogged down by a lot of work, and has a heap of unaswered emails, he is trying to work his way through. So be patient, and you will get an answer. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
