Do you know Portugese? I need your help!

I keep receiving email from two Brasilians thinking I am their professor. While this might turn out well if this was a porno plot, in reality they seem upset their prof is not getting their work.

I have used Babelfish to decipher what they are saying, but want something a bit more coherent to tell them they have the wrong email address. They do not seem to be reading my english "you have the wrong address" messages, so can someone translate that into Portugese for me, please?
