Default Another Big Gap

The post Dom just made reminded me of a recent discussion, but I didn't want to hijack his thread.

What's the biggest gap between Top 40 successes? This is less subjective, but not too easy to find a clear answer, at least to me. My guess is the Beach Boys - successful back in the day, and had Top 40 success again with Kokomo. Does anything else come to mind?

NOTE: "Liking" songs that were years apart, critical acclaim of albums that were years apart, or success with a greatest hits package years after initial impact are excluded.
