Re: To call or not to call...
You're probably going to have to call another bet on the river, so you're looking at 2 bets to win 11. Do you think he's bluffing more than one time in 6?
Unless you have a read that UTG likes to bluff at scare cards, I think I have to lay it down. Or if you have seen him wake up when he pairs a big card that also completes a straight or flush. |

Re: To call or not to call...
I would call and check/call river. he cold called preflop and raised (for value?) on flush draw on the flop. I am going to put him on TT+ or AT+s. But in the back of my mind, I think he is jsut bullying you because he plays so few hands that will overplay the good hands such as AKo there.

Re: To call or not to call...
preflop he called my raise after open limping and it was me who raised the flop with my cowboys!

Re: To call or not to call...
He's very tight and passive preflop so I think his range is pretty small here. Maybe KQ, AQ, AJ. I doubt its AK or QQ+ because he would've raised those preflop. Only AJs has you beat here. His agression is high enough where I could see him pulling this move with hands like K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] or A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. So I call down.

Grunch
Given his level of aggression I think you need to call down. If he was a passive player it would be an easy fold. |

Re: To call or not to call...
I call it down. KQ is squarely in his range, and a hand he would not raise with UTG.
