Default (2/4) LAGs capping flop with weak hands

I have been noticing a pattern in some of my laggy opponents. They will cap the flop at draw heavy or paired boards with crap. They seem to do this a lot into a preflop aggressor. Is this standard?

For example

Villian raises UTG+1 and I three bet with AcJs from the CO.

Flop is Js 6s 2s

Villian bets, I raise, Villian 3-bets?! I cap Villian calls?!

Turn Ah check, bet call

River 4c check bet call

(Villian had Ad4s)
---------------------
Another example

I raise UTG+1 w/ 77, Villian in SB calls

Flop Jc Jd 6d Villian checks, I bet, Villian 3-bets, I cap

Villian has AQ

Are these villian plays standard?

ex. 1: how is the Js in both your hand and on the board? anyway, since you have position, i'd like calling the 3-b and raising any non-spade turn. him calling your cap is not surprising. you will very, very rarely see someone 3-b and fold to a cap.

ex. 2: aggressive players bluff on paired boards a lot figuring that you'd lay down a hand like AK on a board like this. i think you cap is either spewing or you risk stopping your opponent from bluffing. the raise is ok, but just call down from the 3-b

villains' plays are not standard. it is excessively aggressive and on obvious bluffing boards.

For hand 1 I meant AsJc instead of AcJs

I guess that's what makes them laggy but don't put a read on an individual as a result of a read from a group.

I agree, there are different breeds of maniacs.
