should I fold Q,Q here?
Sorry for the lack of a converter, I could not get it to work.
Paradise Poker Game #1553656942 - Tournament $100,000 R&A All fold to hero in mp3. It is the middle of the second hour and I have an above average chip stack and the largest stack at my table. But my stack is not huge. My image is solid as I have not bluffed at all and was fortunate with some big hands. The blinds are 200/400 ante 25 All fold to hero in mp3 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img],Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Hero bets T1200 All fold to button who pushes for t6,635 sb folds and bb cold calls. After his call, he has another t3800 in his stack. If I call I am definately pot stuck for the extra t3800 if bb bets the flop. If I push I can not see him folding. Do you think I have any chance of being ahead here? Thanks |

Re: should I fold Q,Q here?
First, you definitely need to at least call getting >2.5-1 (unless you strongly feel like you can outplay the rest of the table through the next level increases). Most of the time I believe you're racing, but perhaps your two opponents have conflicting outs.
Jam the rest in anyway because you'll be pot committed. I almost always cringe and push, hoping not to see KK/AA |

Re: should I fold Q,Q here?
I think I fold here unless the BB has been a tremendous donk. That call looks a lot like AA to me.

Re: should I fold Q,Q here?
Alright, so what is his range here ... he's indicated a great deal of strength. Assuming != donkey then he likely has JJ+ including AK. Super tight then yeah I suppose you can muck QQ.
I don't know how I get away from this unless I have a read. |

Re: should I fold Q,Q here?
Any read on the BB?
From a solid player, I expect to see AA here almost every time. From a donkey, this could be any pair/AK. I saw almost this exact move done with 33 (who then called my push with AA). With no reads, I likely push and then crap myself. |

Re: should I fold Q,Q here?
reads on bb? and how much do u have? u never mentioned it..and how long did the bb take to call? implied calling around 9k to win around 17k (did it real fast so i might be wrong) and side pot of a little less than 8k. i think this is a push even if the bb is given a tight range of somethin like AA/KK/AK. g2g now tho..some1 check on ps
