Default 50NL - being careful with a flopped straight or just plain weak?

50NL 6max
Villain ($110) In about 40 hands he has maybe raised once PF. Limps here and there. Pretty straightforward.
Hero ($60)

CO limps, Villain (button) limps, I complete from SB w/ K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], BB checks.

Flop ($2) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
I bet out $1.50, all fold to Villain who calls

Turn ($5) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Check, check

River($5) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
I bet $3

I never felt comfortable throughout the hand. I’m not really happy with how I played it, especially the turn. I think with the line I took, I can get blown off the hand on the river by a weaker hand. Comments on all streets are appreciated.

just plain weak

I'd raise that PF in a shorthanded game even from the SB.

Must bet turn.

keep betting, assume you are ahead till he does something that makes you think otherwise.

villain limps in and because he's only raised once in 40 hands you think he has AA/JJ/TT/AT/JT and limped with them? What was his VP$IP at this point?

This is just weak.

Good flop bet. Now pot the turn. Then 2/3 pot the river. If you get huge resistance at some point you have to think about it, but you cant just check the turn. Villain could get frisky with trips easily on this board.

Keep betting. If raised on turn, check/call river for smallish amount.

In 6max, raise this PF, even from SB. As played, lead the turn for $4 and if called, bet $8-10 on river.

AT or JT were the only possibilities. Can't tell you why I checked the turn, but as soon as I did I knew I just left some money on the table

I also agree about PF. I usually like raising w/ KQs from any position with limpers. I just had a brain-fart throughout the hand.

On the river I actually felt I was most likely ahead, and like I said, I left myself in a bad spot because I probably would've folded to a decent sized raise, give my line.

A good lesson of what not to do. You can thank me later.
