How hard is NL?

Scenario: Random guy, Bob, has just finished playing 100,000 hands of 100NL and managed a winrate of exactly 10PTBB/100. But now he's bored with 100NL, and jumps immediately into 1k NL. He then proceeds to play 20k hands. On average, what are his results? (Thanks for answering, trying to get a sense for the relative skill differences between levels of NL)
