How many possible holdings could villain have here that missed on the river? I'll give you a minute, but think flush and straight. How many worse hands is he going to call you with? If he is loose he may even call with a busted flush draw. I don't think this is a very difficult position to value bet the river. If you get c/r you can fold unless you really want to see the Ax that he called the raise with.

I would bet the river, there are a fair bit of Tx, Jx hands you beat that call
He might even call with Kx(likely a busted FD) if he's really loose |

It looks like he has a busted draw or some kind of middle pair that he's calling down with. Your hand is pretty good, and you are ahead more often than you are behind in this situation with such a passive villain. So bet the river.
