Ghana coming off the upset win of the tourney so far, USA coming off an impressive draw v. Italy.

Ghana is a small favorite here, but I think they play undisciplined enough that the US will be able to break through and put in 1 or 2.

meanwhile, the players Ghana is missing are probably more important than the missing US players. it will be hard for them to score I think, but the US is prone to lapses.
