Default Sorta(?) bluff minraise

Edit: Does this go in HSNL or MSNL? I put it here to be safe

Villain in this hand is 21/17.75/4.7, a solid player. My image is lag/tag, I've been 3-betting somewhat light but I haven't been getting out of line postflop. Let me know what you think...

Why not just call? What better hands is he folding/worse hands are calling?

Also, why the re-raise preflop, what hands do you think he was folding?

Several reasons, all of which might be flawed.

) I'm not sure that I'm ahead here enough to just call the flop

2) Just calling gives me no information about his hand and I can end up in some awkward spots later in the hand if overs fall or if he decides to bet small.

3) I don't call AA/KK here, I'm always raising, this might be a mistake though

4) I don't think he's ever calling with a worse hand, but I definitely think I can fold out better hands. I think TT/JJ are folding, and maybe QQ. With the action and that board and 160bb deep I don't see why he would be willing to go broke with those hands.

I also don't see him leading the flop with KK/AA, which increases my chances of getting a fold, I could be wrong about this though

I mix it up between 3-betting and calling, here MP was a fish and just adding dead money into the pot. He will fold dominated overcard hands, although I don't see why he needs to fold anything for a re-raise to be a good play

He doesn't, but I think once he calls it puts you in a real tough spot when theres no overs or 9s. He's never folding AA-QQ, smooth calling a lot, so wheres our value going to come from?

Also, with the flop raise, call and he'll get jittery with everything bar AA.
