Where was this 5 years ago when I actually remembered how to play backgammon? I might jump on and donate a couple hundred just for the hell of it (gills moving into action...)

I saw this thread and downloaded the client, and since I know some backgammon and had some cash in account, I sat down to play. Won 3 consecutive games, but balance did not change. Play money . No real money games yet.

I was under the impression that playing online backgammon would be futile since there are programs out there that can tell you what the best possible move is for any occasion.

This is my plan!

Who wants to play $30 cash matches? I have Snowie on my side!

BEAVER, BITCH!

Just kidding. I don't see myself playing backgammon on party. I'm too dumb to win fairly and too inept to cheat effectively.

Being an old guy I have played 100,000 Backgammon games adn tournaments in my life - this rocks. Is it only PLAY money so far?

Problem is it will cut into poker time.
