44 Beers in 12 Hours?

So me and a few friends are putting up some money in order to get my other friend to do a prank monkey stunt of sorts. It's not really a bet, cause if our friend loses and can't do it, he owes us nothing, we just see a free show.
If he can do "it" however, he wins the money. The "it" is 44 beers in a 12-hour span. He can pace himself however he'd like and is allowed to puke. Can it be done?

If he can just guzzle a couple beers and puke them up, maybe*. He'll feel like [censored] and have one helluva sore throat though.

If you make the rule that he can't MAKE himself puke, there's no way in hell.

* By "maybe" I mean ~2% chance of success.

Although I am sure dozens will chime in saying they did this last weekend.

how big is your friend/i think i could do this. most beers ive ever drank is 22-25 range but in like 4 hours

I think if you are a big drinker, and if puking is allowed, then this should be very tough but doable. In my experience, the problem with these timed drinking feats is typically stomach capacity, not blood alcohol content. If puking is allowed then potentially you could get it out of your system before most of hte alcohol gets into your bloodstream. A good restriction might be puking is allowed but not less than 10 mins after last drinking or something, to make sure the alcohol has some time to absorb.

Blood alcohol content calculator, assuming 160 pound guy, 4 beers an hour (actually needs to be 3.66 / hour), 1 beer = 12 ounces light beer -

BAC of .14= It can be done.

this was wrong b/c the calculator didn't go up to 44 drinks / 12 hours and it's going to almost double the .14 so proly .25. still do-able , but would be very very drunk.

I've done 24-30 in a whole day but it covered more than 12 hours. This is next to impossible unless your buddy is some super huge alcoholic.
