Default What stats do you use for your Head-to-Head Fantasy Football League?

It about that time of year again when it is time to start making leagues for the best fantasy sport of them all - FOOTBALL!!!

I'm playing in several leagues and they all use slightly different stats and points/stat. What do you guys use?

What stats - Passing Yards, Rushing Yards, etc

What Points/stat - 1pt for every 50 passing yards, 1 point for every 25 rushing yards, 6pt for a TD, etc.

Also throw in what positions you use as well.

FB season cannot come soon enough!

I've been in H2H where there has been touchdowns 6pts/ Field Goals(2,3,4,5) and team defensive stats (1pt ints, 1pt fumbles, 2 pts saftey and 10 pts for a shutout) That was pretty wild and really required very little skill.

I still think the best way is:

Rush/rec TDs: 6pts
Pass TDs: 4pts
10 yards rush/rec: 1pt
25 yards passing: 1pt
10 comp: 1pt
5 rec: 1 pt
int: -2 pts

Field Goals (ext pt 1, 2,3,4,5)

Team D: int 2 pts, sack 1 pt, saftey 2 pts, shutout 10 pts

Keeps it low scoring, but rewards guys who have solid weeks.

Sluss,

I think your rules are pretty solid. The only thing I do differently is subtract points defensively for points given up (3 for a TD, 1 for FG). I think it's stupid when a defense forces 3 turnovers + 2 sacks, gives up 40 points and they earn more points than the D that gives up 10 points with only 1 turnover.

Our league usually changes 1 or 2 things every year, we haven't put any changes up for vote yet, but here is last year's scoring system. I still see a flaw or two with it, but we've had to work using Yahoo's system.
