if you employ a tight early, aggressive late strategy, what is better to play to cut down on some of the luck? do speeds turn into a card catching contest 2 much cause of big blinds or is it about the same? im having probs finding out which ones i wann play.

[/ QUOTE ] Speeds have high variance, but its easier to make decisions in them and you play more of them....Personally, I think you need quite a stomach for failure playing speeds. Indy |

Regulars should have a higher ROI, speeds should be higher $/hour.

The same strategy goes for both speeds and regulars, with speeds obviously requiring you to pushbot much sooner. Many, myself included, prefer the speeds due to higher $/hr, even if the ROI is less.

[/ QUOTE ] I am going to admit that my ROI is like 12% at the $33s over a few hundred games. It was up at 19% a few weeks ago but I've had a cooler. What are some of the ROIs out there that I can compare to? Indy |
