Hollywood Poker And PA Hud

I am having trouble with PA Hud "recognizing" tables on Hollywood Poker. I have set up several other Pokerroom skins and haven't had any problems. I have done the following:

-Enables statistics and have a .db file.
-Set up Pokertracker and it is importing hands properly.
-Set up the Alias in Pokertracker to show properly.
-GT+ works under my common name.
-Set up Hollywood db file in PA Hud.
-Set all the filters to show after 1 hand.

Any ideas?
