Empire install

Hi all, I have installed PartyPoker and would like to create a Empire account for RB. But when I try to create an account after installing empire it says that I have installed other PartyGaming poker software.

Then unistalled Party and the same message shows.

How can I completely delete party to create a new empire acccount?

Where the heck do you think you can get Empire RB? Its 100% impossible these days.

Sorry for the semi-hijack but I have a question of my own. I plan on opening an Empire (for signup and IGM bonus) account soon (next trip to the in-laws house on a "fresh" computer). I think I've heard about people having their Party and/or Empire account(s) locked soon after doing so. Anyone have any experience with this? Does a quick call to CS get this resolved quickly? Should I make my first deposit right when I make the account on the new computer or wait and deposit when I get back home on my computer?

I have, by now, 6 PM offering empire RB. And Ive solved the install problem.
