Movie Posters to Decorate Media Room

Ok. I'm decorating my media room with movie posters. Most likely the smaller sized posters (not the 30"x41" variety...probably 16" x 22".

These will be reproductions; so they aren't particularly expensive...40$ with a cheap frame and some matting.

The big question though...i've got room for 7 movies starting out...

If it were you...what 7 movie posters do you want hanging on your wall?

i don't know what Metropolis is...but i did see somewhere that it was rated one of the 'all time best movie posters'

Not exactly the 7 I'd pick but the first that came to mind. I don't think you could go wrong with any of those.

you should make them all part of a theme...

all horror films from the 50s and 60s...
foreign language posters of American movies...
movies that star Saturday Night Live alumns...

like that...whatever turns you on. If you just pick 7 movies you like that have no relation to one another, it'll still be ok...just not great.

I would get posters that are cool in their own right, but happen to be from a movie.
