Interesting thought. No one will believe you if you told em you are going that someone will fly planes into the WTC. And after it happens they will suspect you. I would probaly 2 hours before call in a bomb threat. This will clear a bunch of people.

Other than calling in a bomb threat on the buildings myself, I have no idea how I'd go about getting enough credibility/getting heard by the right people. You can't just call up the FBI and tell them what's going to happen, can you?
For the bomb threat thing, you'd have to do it after the planes take off, since I assume they have eyes on the target and alternate targets. Sucks for the people on the plane, but it would really suck to tip off the terrorists and have them just switch targets.
