1 player raises to 120. the bb then went all-in for only 25 more and the original raiser moved all-in. I thought the raise of 25 wasn't a valid re-raise and that the original raiser wouldn't be able to re-raise.

quite frankly, the sites don't always have all the rules represented effectively in their programs.
[ QUOTE ] computers dont make mistakes.. [/ QUOTE ] true, but their programmers DO. I can't tell you how many times on various sites I've seen a situation where there should be a dead blind or dead button....but no, the button just moves to the next live player and someone gets screwed (and someone benefits, for that matter.) Each individual site is at least consistent in it's program, so all things being equal everyone benefits equally. All things not being equal (good players last longer in tournies, etc.) then...well it's still all even in the long run (we all get the same number of benefits and screwings per number of hands played.) |

kn0w,
the minimum valid reraise is, as you stated, the size of the raise to you - unless you are going to be all in for less. you are *always* allowed to move all in. citanul |
