I'm guessing this is an affiliate, and they're going after him for making money as an affiliate, which really is profit-sharing with the online casinos, and online gambling is illegal in Washington so....

The article is ambiguous, but this is what it really seems like, not that anyone running an Internet poker discussion board will be targeted. In fact, they certainly could not be, as that would contravene the first amendment.

The Washington State Gambling Commission has warned the Seattle Times, the state's largest newspaper, about running Daniel Negreanu's syndicated column in which he suggests online poker is a good way to learn and includes the URL of Full Contact.

Yes, this is most certainly unconstitutional (and I'm a guy who usually laughs at people who run around claiming censorship).
