Default Bottom Set on Flush Flop

Villain is 20/14/5 over 250 hands.

PP 6-max $100 (from memory)

Hero has JJ on button
Both have $100 stacks (we both just entered the game)

folded to CO who limps.
Hero raises $4
Villain (SB) Raises $12

everyone folds to hero who calls.

Flop K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Villain bets $20, Hero???

Other question: Should I fold preflop?

Last many couple times I've had bottom set on this board in a raised pot I've been over-setted or someone flopped the straight.
