Default High Stacks Poker Question

Luckily for me I went on a sick run in the props. I was down $240,000 in the props at one point, but I ended up going on a sick rush, winning $500,000 straight.

This was taken from Daniel Negreanu's blog.

What's props? How do you play, and why aren't they talking about it at the table? or are they and I am missing it?

thanks

BBA

Prop bets.

They bet on various occurences of the board... like someone will get paid every time the flop comes all spades, or something like that.

They probably do talk about it but they don't put it on the show.

Several times last season you could hear Daniel mention props during HSP but if you weren't really tuned into the word you would have missed it.

No no, your a looser man. I'll be you're poker skills are totally bad and everyone here is laghing inside they're heads at you. Its so obvious that your bad. Its to bad that 2p2 can't get it's act together and kick out the posters that can't spell they're own name. I'll bet they would do well at phil hullmuth's board. They should go over their and post.
