Hong Kong in pictures (No 56k)
Decided to take some pics of my little trip into town today, which didn't work out, a person I was supposed to meet cancelled and I couldn't find a bar I was lloking for where apparently there's a weekly poker game. Anyways, enjoy these pics...
This is the view from my appartment, before leaving...  The view from the senior common room at HKU where I had lunch...  The lunch, cajun chicken and turkey breast on bagel, I must have only looked at the first three letters because I thought it said on baguette, but that was for teh better because the bagel was delicious. Orange juice from concentrate, meh.  Population - 2005 est. 7,041,000 (97th in the world) - 2001 census 6,708,389 - Population Density 6,294.65/kmē (4th in the world)  This is the headquarters for HSBC, it is also the largest transportable building in the world, meaning it can be taken apart and easily rebuilt elsewhere, designed by the great I.M. Pei.  Size does matter.  Sometimes you just gotta get away from it all...

I tried to resize using image shack, but aparently not, and the photos wouldn't upload on my mac where I have photoshop. Maybe next trip I'll resize them, but this way you can use them as your wallpaper [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I'm in hong kong for 3 months this summer. I lived here for almost 10 years, all of my high-school life, so it's the closest thing to home for me (I was born in Denmark). I came back to see all my old friends and to get a job, the job was boring so I quit and I was raking in more playing a poker (live) every saturday. How's Guangzhou?
