Default Easy call?

50NL on full tilt, sorry doesnt work with the converter so I'm posting a raw HH here. I've only been at this table a couple orbits, both players seem solid. Just want some feedback on how one should proceed with this hand

Dealt to Hero [Qs Qh]
Hero raises to $1.50
PokerRam folds
Villian2 calls $1.50
Villian1 raises to $4
Levek09 folds
JimtheJakal1 folds
BaHo folds
Duece97 folds
Hero calls $2.50
Villian2 calls $2.50
*** FLOP *** [Ks Qd Tc]
Hero checks
Villian2 bets $4.50
Villian1 raises to $9
Hero calls $9
Villian2 raises to $19.70, and is all in
Villian1 raises to $77.50, and is all in

we're missing stack sizes so I'll assume villain 1 has you covered but depending on how much you have this can be a call to win the side pot, I really doubt it though.

Any other thoughts? I know this isn't the most interesting or intriguing hand, I'm just wondering what most people would do in this situation.

I think you need to reraise preflop. You don't particularly want to see a three way flop with QQ, and you can have a better idea of where you stand based on their subsequent preflop action. I don't know if this is 50c BB or 25c BB, if it's the former, I think you raise too little in the first place too, and if it's the latter you probably raised too much.

I wouldn't check that flop either, I'd be betting it - what if they check behind you with AQ or something and hit their ten? Given the check, I would now check raise.

Given this action, I'm going to call, but I'm not going to like it very much. It partly depends on stack size - if you're on something like $40, I think it's a much simpler call. If you're on $100, it's tougher.

I just did some complicated analysis and then realised I was basing it on one player instead of two. My analysis said "marginal call" though. Very marginal.

Yeah i know i misplayed the hand badly. I honestly was sitting here trying to decide whether the preflop reraiser had AA or KK. That is what i put him on preflop, which is why i didn't reraise his reraise. I was playing the hand purely for set value to the flop, and when i hit it I still obviously had a problem becuase I think villian2 has KK alot of the time here, but he might pay me with AA, so this is just a tough spot. I was highly considering folding however because with 2 players all in I figured someone had the kings.

I was basing my analysis on the large stack having:

KK 15%
TT 15%
AJ 15%
J9 5%
2 Pairs: 50%

This gave a marginal call. However, I'd forgotten completely about the fact this is only for the side pot. I think you can put the shorter villian on a higher chance of 2 pairs though, so I suspect this is still a marginal call.

And of course those are just numbers I made up from a total lack of reads - I'm assuming typical play from them, i.e, bad.
