(33s) AQ MP1... How is this line?

I will usually fold AQ if early to act and limp in middle position but I've been trying to open up a little more... So hows my line? I didnt feel the need to raise on any street becuase he was being so aggressive. Who makes this raise in middle position? Anyone pop the turn all in?
