So theres this girl who works at my local casino...

She works behind the front desk of the poker room and looks about a year or two younger than me, I'm 22(we are in Canada). Shes totally gorgeous and learned my name which she always greets me with when I go to play. One time when we were having small talk/flirting one of the pit bosses came over to tell her to do something and she said "go away, cant you see I'm talking to a cute boy?" jokingly.

So I'm pretty sure shes into me but I fear asking her out because when we do talk I find we have nothing in common at all! I dont want there to be awkwardness every time I go to the casino if we go out and have a terrible time or worse (maybe better depending how you lookat it) we hook up one time and then there is even weirder awkwardness.

I am at my local B&M at least 4-5 days a week and shes almost always there, also do I just come right out and ask her out to do something while shes working? Seems totally annoying because I always see guys hitting on her at the casino.

you have 3 options...

one you could just ask out straight up, if she says no, thats cool, it will be wierd when you see her but you'll get over it

a more safer way is to invite her and a few of her friends to a party or something...that way she'll be comfortable in her group but you have the opportunity to isolate her and it won't be awkard, then you can see if you get any signals, if yes you know what to do

or three be a pussy and never ask her out

If I were you, I would find out something she likes, completly unrelated to her job, and then find an event or something related to it. It will take some time to find this event, but it could be that she is into something as simple as the movies. Ask her what she does for fun, or what her interests are, pick one she seems enthusatic about, and find an event related to it, and invite her. Depending on how much money you have, and whether or not you're a cheapskate, (lol, I am. I dont let girls get my money) you might want to pay for her (if you think the pussy is worth it and somewhat within your reach.)

She sees you coming to the casino daily, and unless you are losing every time which I doubt, then she knows you have earned money, and will probably want you to spend a little on her. If she is chill, propose a beer or something after, if she is the romantic type, maybe get her a rose (if u dont want to drop loot), or a dozen of them.
you have nothing to lose but a shred of dignity which even if she rejects you she is not an important person in your life. take the risk.

If you don't ask her out you're going to regret it. It sounds like this girl is waiting for you to ask her out. The cute boy comment sounds like the world's biggest green light. Most girls wouldn't say "cute boy" if she just liked you on a platonic level.

Stop worrying about what might happen if you go out and it doesn't work. It's just a cop out and it gives me and opportunity to use one of my favorite quotes. "Those who lack the courage will always find a philosophy to justify it."

Doing a big thing like getting roses is probably too formal for you and might make you feel more awkward if you get turned down. I recommend doing it casually. For example, start talking about movies or movies she wants to see and ask her if she wants to see one this weekend. You can use that for other things as well like resturants, bars, clubs, etc. It'll feel much less awkward if you bring it up in the conversation.
