OT: Pokerstars Tournament History questions

I'm planing on getting rvg72's new SNG tracker program thingy, I already PM'd him, but he's not very familar with Pokerstars so I'm hoping some of you guys can help.

What do I need to do get old tournament histories and how far back can I go?

I've read a few posts (by accident or threads that have gotten OT) so I think the following is true (If I'm way off with either of these, let me know):
-You can go to Request -> Tournament history and get some, but it only goes so far back (how many?)
-If you e-mail Pokerstars and they can send you the info you need (how far back will this go? Where do I e-mail? What exactly do I ask?)

Please help me, I want to go as far back as possible when I get the program.

You can request your last 200.

I've heard that if you e-mail support they can go further back than that

To be clear, in order to do this I go to Options -> Instant Hand History Options -> and click Save my Hand History ? Or is this something else?

funny you should ask. just today i emailed them about this. they sent me two files, one with my MTT results and one with my SnG results. both go back to when I first joined Stars in 2003 and include EVERYTHING -- even 20FPP freerolls.

Just ask them nicely to send you tournament summaries going back to when you first joined. They'll be happy to help, and they'll do it quickly, too!

I don't like to repeat myself, but....I [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Stars.
